This page explains what CWV Consulting LLC (“CWV”, “we”) collects through cwvconsulting.com and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it to reply to you, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

• What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company and whatever you write. If you book a call, we receive your name, email address and anything you add to the booking.
• Basic server logs. Our host, Netlify, records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
• No advertising trackers. The site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It stores one setting in your browser for the current visit so the opening animation does not replay on every page.

How we use it

To answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it except with the service providers that run this site and our email, or where the law requires it.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Netlify, which also processes contact-form submissions. Call bookings are handled by Calendly, and email by Google (Gmail). Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the engagement and for tax and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies. Email cwviergever22@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
