HomeServicesCRM & Sales Automation
From inquiry to quote, without the spreadsheet.
Service 04 · CRM & Sales Automation · San Diego and remote
CRM and sales automation means keeping every lead, deal and customer in one system, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and automating the repetitive steps between a first inquiry and a signed quote: capture, routing, follow-up, quoting and reporting. CWV Consulting designs and sets up CRM and sales automation for growing businesses, including businesses that have never had a CRM, in San Diego and remotely across the United States.
Who it is for
When it is time to fix the CRM
- Leads live in inboxes, spreadsheets and people's heads.
- A quote takes days to go out, and follow-up depends on someone remembering.
- Nobody can say what the pipeline is worth this quarter without a day of work.
- You pay for a CRM that the team avoids or keeps half-updated.
- Website forms land in one shared inbox with no owner and no response time.
- You want AI to take on call notes, follow-up drafts and lead research.

Questions
CRM & Sales Automation: common questions
Should we use Salesforce or HubSpot?
It depends on how you sell. HubSpot is usually faster to set up and easier for smaller teams that also run marketing from it. Salesforce suits more complex sales processes, larger teams or companies already in its ecosystem. The proposal includes a recommendation for your situation, and sometimes a lighter tool is the right answer.
What is sales automation?
Sales automation uses the CRM to handle repetitive steps without someone remembering to do them: capturing inquiries, assigning them to an owner, sending follow-ups, generating quotes and updating reports. The goal is a faster response to every lead and a pipeline you can trust.
How long does a CRM implementation take?
For a small or mid-sized team, usually four to six weeks from design to training. Larger data migrations or complex quoting rules can take longer, and the proposal says so up front.
How do you make sure the team actually uses the CRM?
By building it around how the team already sells, launching with one or two users before everyone, training the whole team, and running the weekly pipeline meeting from the CRM's own dashboard, so it becomes the place decisions get made.
How much does CRM setup cost?
It is quoted in a one-page proposal after a free 30-minute call, based on the number of users, the data to migrate and the automations needed. Software licenses are billed separately by the vendor.
Do you offer ongoing support after setup?
Yes. After hand-off, CWV can stay on for ongoing administration and improvements, or as part of a fractional CMO engagement that uses the CRM to run the pipeline.
